The new ones are very nice.
Sever black mold they will not treat. Carpet is 6+ years old and nasty no matter how much o shampoo it. It stays black. Been there 4 months and my daughter has been sick ever since. Admitted to nortons in Louisville because of it! They take months to replace a simple light bulb. Pretty much having to take them to court to get something simple done. When they should of replaced carpet years ago. I Do Not Recommend!
I live here, now. The townhomes are very spacious and it’s relatively quiet. The landlords are no nonsense and I like that. My water heater and central heat are gas, which saves on the electric costs. I would definitely recommend them...
