Wonderful It really is such a sweet little community in here. The owners are very kind, personable and understanding. Maintenance is fast and done correctly. I will definitely be resigning my lease if I decide not to leave the area.
Terrible.
At first glance the apartment complex looks charming, but if your looking for a home you may want to keep looking. You can hardly hear your neighbors next door, but if you are in the same room as your upstairs/downstairs neighbor you can hear the conversations pretty clearly. You can sing along with the music they are playing, and you know what they like to watch on TV. It exterior is starting to look run down.
