I’ve submitted 10 maintenance requests for my HVAC unit in 2025 alone, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The air conditioner freezes frequently, often overnight, leaving my unit without cooling for hours at a time. Despite multiple work orders being marked “completed,” the problem continues to return. I'm quite impressed with the improvements that have been made since I moved in. This complex boasts a welcoming atmosphere with a responsive staff and a fitness center that's always well-maintained. Quiet, respectful neighbors, sense of safety.

I'm quite impressed with the improvements that have been made since I moved in. The place looks great now, with no more litter. The gym features brand-new equipment, and our neighbors are wonderful. It's very quiet and safe here. My daughter really enjoys her school I do wish the rent would decrease a bit.
