I’ve experienced the same issue as some of the other posters. Looked to move my parents there in Oct and paid a refundable deposit but despite a lot of time and inconvenience going back and forth with their offices Quail Park has still not returned my deposit. Beware, there’s something wrong with this organization and I would not trust them with my loved ones.
I was the first resident to move in on August 6, 2018. It is everything I had hoped for: spectacular view, safe independent/assisted living, fabulous dining, activities, and a fun and peaceful environment. Our small family atmosphere let's us know and care about each other. I fully agree "this is the only place to be!"
My grandmother moved into Quail Park a few months ago and we are so glad we found such a wonderful place for her! The facility is comfortable, inviting, and so beautiful. You can tell that the staff love what they do and go above and beyond to assist the residents (and their families). I’ve personally had the food when visiting and it’s top notch. If you go and look at moving someone you love in their and give them a refundable deposit. Don’t expect to really get it back if you’re loved ones can’t move in after all. We have been waiting for a lot longer than they said we should have to, and still waiting!😢
Awesome place to be, in fact The Only Place to Be in Gilbert, AZ
If you are looking for a great place for you or a family member this is the place! My grandmother came from a different facility that did not live up to what they promised when she first moved in. All she cares about is good food and dessert. Lance helped my family every step of the way getting her settled into this place! We all love it. My grandma even says it’s like being on a cruise ship.
