This is a dump.. nicotine running down the walls when I moved in..mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and behind all the fixtures in the bathtub..mice in the winter windows leak cold air and if you try to fix things they charge you..parkland management is the worst ppl to deal with ..I gave them a 30 day notice that I was moving but since there are 31days in July the changed me for that day. The Pearson that owns this place is a slum Lord..
Dirty, expensive, and not worth dealing with the people who run the company. This is honestly the scummiest company around. The apartment was dirty when we moved in but we were desperate for a place to live as we were on a tight schedule. Maintenance left a hole in our wall for years, always promising to come back to fix it. None of our problems were ever solved. RecommendedThis place is great! The price is right, the apartment is spacious & the place is quiet. My disposal broke & maintenance came in the next day & fixed it! So glad I found this place!
I have lived here for several years now and I have to say that I dont feel that it is the managers fault that the children are running wild. I have a 10 year old son, and I rarely let him play with the children from the apartment. Too many parents let their children run wild. The management as well as the maintenance, however is wonderful. Every time I have had a concern, it has been met with a quick response. I really enjoy living here. I just wish that the parents would watch their children.
I have to agree with the first review. This place is a sh!t hole. Family atmosphere? Yeah right. More like kids running wild, cusing, smoking, doing drugs and stealing things off my porch!I have seen drug deals, robbery, fights and doors KICKED in by police.Not a place I want to have my family. Not what it seemed to be. Hope I can move soon.
I have lived at Quail Park Apartments for a couple of months now. I find it to be a nice, family atmosphere. I have children & I can let them play in their park area without worrying. The tenants are respectable & the manager is very nice.
We moved in over 5 years ago and there were rolling hills of green grass, the landlords cleaned and vacuumed all areas, there were bbqs and happy neighbors. Over the years this place has decayed into a slum. ParkLane Management have become slumlords. My mother rented from a different Parklane managed complex and that also has become a trashed dive and she moved out also. Overall...
