i lived there as well , same stuff roaches , full of drugs and cops, if there wasnt a cop or fire truck, or even CPS at least once a day something was wrong
I lived there a few years ago, my hot water heater busted. Thank God my grandmother lived there at the other end of the complex, because for 2 weeks I had to shower at her apartment. After this to fix it they cut a hole in my wall to do something to the new water heater. My apartment got BLACK MOLD, they of corse never can to check up on my report of mold. stay away!!!! if you ask for repairs you will be threatend with evection raw sewage every where roaches bed bugs ect...sever plumbing problems, bad apliances over all abad exp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have live there for six years Iam moving this weekend because of a guy name L.A. was staying at 120 and broke into my truck had craimals trespassing on him he back living there after 3 months of jail time if u black u can do and let your grand kids live with u.and do what u want nails sticking up though the woods A/c dont keep it but 92 in your apts drugs and roachs are bad use not be there way until about 6 months ago. manage will let 5 to6 people in a 1 bedroomand 10 or more in 2 bedroom. dont move there.
I was looking for an apartment in the area and I came across the rating of the location. I was not to impressed, I will still come by to check out the units even through I recieved some not so good news. A tennent my have been up set at that moment.
i just moved in,no parkimg spot, noone ever in the office when u need them roach infested,the apartmentt smells, they dont frix anything whatever you do stay away.
