Crime infested complex. You hear gunshots all the time. Drug deals going on in the parking day and night. My car has gotten broken into more times then I can count. The crime is the worse but maintenance is awful too. Went without a/c for 7 weeks at the beginning of summer. Had to threaten the management with withholding rent to get it fix and then it would freeze up and had to wait for it to defrost to use it again.
