Great place to live. The walls are thin but people are nice and respectful. The manager is very friendly and responds quickly to maintenance problems. When they visit they take off their shoes before entering.

I lived there for over a year. The first few months with the prior rental manager were great, but the new managers are terrible. They are inexperienced and lack professionalism. The paving crew they had come out were supposed to start at 7am and vehicles were supposed to be off the lot by then. The crew started at 6 blowing dust and debris all over our vehicles. Vendors beware, the manager, Rebecca is inexperienced, she told us she doesn't know what she's doing! We were supposed to pick up some junk items from an apartment and we get there and we're being told that it's an apartment trash out, there is a full apartment of stuff. The lack of communication shows the lack of experience. If you're a vendor and service them, make sure you ask for full details so there aren't any surprises, when you go to do the job. A little training for a management position would probably help.
