I was driving through Banks on my way home from Portland and fell in love with the town. When i returned home in Tillamook i decided to give Quail Hollow apartments a call as i am looking for a place to relocate. I spoke with Kim, the manager and she was wonderful. I just was not able to make ends meet with the price of the apartment as i am on Social security. I ecently retired. If i ever get a chance to make enough, i will definately try to apply again. Managers are very young and inexperienced which means....you will pay for it. They are clueless. You will never see them and everything will be good.....until you move out. Really poorly managed.
Been here a year and have not had any issues that weren't fixed.
I love that I feel safe living here. Being a single mom that is my highest priority! The apartment feels roomy and meets all needs. I just wish I could make ends meet better with my one income. Wish rent was more reasonable.
