, ive been here for 3 1/2 years and i havent had mouses until maintinence did plumbing work on my bath for the faucet, after that it was nothing but rat central, mouses all the time chewing through, luckily we've caughr alot but it was a infestation, they didnt even realize it wasnt just the kitchen where it was holes, there was some in the closet, everywhere, they do inspections but rareily seal anything, maitinence and pest control wasnt too much of a trouble exept for when sonetimes all they did was just look through and ... read more

I've lived here for almost three months now, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. Moving from Delaware without seeing the apartment in person was definitely a little scary, but it exceeded all of my expectations and was absolutely not a letdown. The community is always quiet, and everyone seems to be very respectful of each other's space. The dog parks are a great bonus, and the grounds are consistently clean and well maintained. I applied for a unit here a few weeks ago and had an awful experience. Had a move in date and unit confirmed with them, and then I’m told there was a mix up with the unit and it’s no longer available, but I reluctantly agreed to a new unit on the first floor instead of the third, I signed the contract and waited for management to countersign. I had a wonderful experience living at Quail Hollow Apartment Homes during my first year in Maryland after relocating from Connecticut in April 2025. The leasing team made me feel welcome. Doug gave me a great tour of the community, and Lori made sure all of my paperwork was completed and that I was ready for move-in. One thoughtful gesture I'll never forget was arriving on a rainy evening to find a welcome letter, snacks, and scented air fresheners waiting for me in my apartment.
