People use the laundry rooms to smoke weed in all day. Management knows and doesnt do anything about it. Don't move here unless you want everything in your apartment to smell like a trap house
Lived here for two years. Everything falls apart, bugs, mice, you can hear everything through the floor and walls as they are sooooo thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do. Literally everything. I really enjoy my neighbors though so that's about one of the only good things in this place along with maintanence. Always paid rent on time, never had an complaints and they wont even compromise to end our lease ONE month early (even though THEY require 60 days notice). Expensive rent, trash fees, amenities fees, no utilities included, says they are “pet friendly,” but they will charge you a $350 fee (not refundable) for each pet, and they restrict many breeds. I wonder what rent covers?
If you need to use the building's washing machine, don't live here. The washing machine has been out of service for 3 months now and no one has given me any explanation. I've already filed a complaint with CSC and the Morgan office and no one has responded. I'm exhausted with everything.
