Beware of Security Deposit from owners – I rented a supposed furnished unit from owner Rita and Jim. What I found was a broken hot water heater, chairs that were broken when you sat in them, a ref. that didn't keep food cold, and broken window latches, among other things. The place was dirty and I cleaned it. This was the good part. Upon fixing everything up, and caring for this better than anyone, these two owners had the never to keep half my security.
