We have lived in Quail Hill for 2 years. We moved here from Arizona. We have no issues with the Community. As long as the rules are followed there will be no issues. This is a nice clean community. We feel safe and have nice neighbors. The pic is why we moved here.
Most unprofessional management ice ever seen. Quick to raise lot rents but never cease to criticize regular hard working folks. Lots of non working govt mooches who are always up in other peoples business. One horrible one in particular who does drugs all day and stalks other neighbors. Oh yes, and they also got bedbugs!
Do not live at Quail Hill Mobile Home Community. They will tow your car away if you park it on either side of the street in front of your mobile home. They towed mine away and it cost me $165.00 to get it back. The management there does not care about you and they will raise your lot rent the first chance they get. The road ways in there are terrible and they do not plow them in the winter.
