They keep raising the rent amount, with no justifiable reason.... I myself have lived here a little over 9 yrs.7 of those years I kept the grass mowed everything trimmed.... They should owe me money!!
No stars. They rarely make repairs. The owners pay a couple to manage the property and they also do repairs and landscaping. They don’t hire professional repair workers or landscapers, they have the managers do everything. The don’t plow when they need to, they don’t even shovel the sidewalks. They consistently raise rent sighting expenses but nothing changes. They don’t have enough trash containers and the trash is constantly overflowing and blowing all over the place.
