We scheduled an appointment and went there only to discover that the manager wasn’t there. Called her and she said she remembered to call but DIDN’T anyways to tell us she couldn’t make it. She rescheduled for Wednesday for the same time, showed up only to find out no one is there again. Called both numbers and no answer. Some maintenance guy had to tell us she called in sick today. I used to live there a few years ago. Maintenance never fixed anything. My ceiling fell in and we lived for 2 years with no ceiling water leaked from the pipes above my apartment in the bathroom I have reported it several times it was never fixed and in result I broke my ankle from slipping on water in the bathroom when no one else was up. Called the office and reported the issue and the office manager just laughed. I was evited from there a very short time after.
