I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. Communication from management has been inconsistent, and maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed. The upkeep of the property does not match what was promised when I signed my lease, and common areas are often not well-maintained. For the price, I expected a safe, clean, and professionally managed community, but unfortunately that has not been the case. I have lived here for four years and it has been a pretty good experience, management can be slow to respond but they are friendly. The maintenance man is absolutely amazing, he is very responsive and does a great job.
I’ve lived here for four years, and I feel like we lucked out. I’ve heard horror stories from other people about their apartment complexes, and I feel like none of those common stories have been our experience here. In particular, the maintenance man, Christian, is literally incredible. I truly believe this man can fix anything, and he’s very responsive. He’s been around the entire time we’ve lived here, and I’m glad because he’s fantastic!
My roomates and I have lived at North Shore for 4 years and have experienced high and lows when it comes to living here. The cons are what's expected with most complexes such as unruly neighbors that leave trash out for days, parking, and frequently changing management.
