I have been trying to get someone in office for over a month to give me a tour of the apartments, I have called and stopped by during business hours and still no one was available. Here recently I got someone on the phone and we agreed to a good time for me to stop by so we could tour the place, when I got there no one was in office as agreed to. I waited 2 hours and still no one came, this is not the type of service the customers need if y'all are trying to get people in and good reviews.
Not the best apartments I've stayed in, great location though. I will say the building is slowly falling apart, the piping is so old either the bottom floor gets flooded or top floor stays clogged. When you put in work orders they will say they are completed, but not even fixed. The office never has staff there, they are always out of the office, you get a text informing you that they will be out occasionally. I would definitely look for something better to rent honestly. I absolutely love North Shore. The renovations look stunning, and the community has so much to offer. There's a dog park, huge patios, washer & dryer in-unit, a really pretty pool and so much more. Cristian (maintenance) is absolutely amazing. Don't miss out on this hidden gem.
My experience here at North Shore for the last 3 years been nothing but amazing . The staff is fast and friendly also very reliable. My spacious 3 bedroom apartment is something else ! Beautiful! The neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet. Very nice affordable place . If your thinking about it just do it , you’ll won’t regret it!
