We have lived here for several months now, and I cannot sing Quail Cove enough praise. The prices are incredibly reasonable for what we are getting. We are in a fully renovated unit and are extremely pleased with the quality. The rent is extremely humble for what you get, at least in a renovated unit. I have no complaints about the cost. We are paying hundreds of dollars less here than what we were paying for a disgusting slum of an apartment in Salt Lake City that advertised itself as luxury. Shancie is so awesome! Her and the apartment manager really went out of their way to approve us and help us out every step of the way. The community is very peaceful, clean, well maintained, with a lot of amenities and things to do. We are so happy to have made Quail Cove our new home!!
Staff will try and screw you out of as much money as possible when you need to break your lease early We signed a contract that stated we were leaving early that specified our move out date and they told us how much it would cost to leave on that specific date. When we came back to pay our last rent, they had altered the already signed contract to have a later move out date than we agreed upon so they could charge us more. Despicable and immoral
I moved in a couple months ago but everyone at the front desk has always been amazing. Shancie helped us and she was exceptional. The gym here is so nice and is always kept clean. Maintenance is always fast and efficient only takes a couple hours or overnight for them to get here. There was a problem with dog poop outside but they took care of it quickly. The apartment is a 10/10 its so pretty. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking!
No one picks up after there dog there’s poop everywhere and the people are horrible and I titled and think they own the place and the apartment falls apart like my sink fell down and I couldn’t use my sink for a week but the people that work here are amazing and helpful with questions and repairs
