Did not have a good experience with this apartment complex, be careful when you apply they say they will refund your administration fee within 48 hours if your application is not approved. My family is still waiting a month later to have that fee refunded and get the run around everytime me or my husband calls call to ask why we haven't received the refund yet. they like to waste your time. got a notice on wednesday that my front door would be replaced on friday. spent all day thursday getting ready for them to do that and they never showed up and never told me anything. had to lock my cat away all day for nothing. someone was home all day long, nobody was in our apartment at any point and the door was not replaced. the door has all of the same dings and dents that it's had since we moved in, it even has the screw holes still from the previous locks used. that does not match my exp... read more
There’s honestly no point in leaving feedback here!!!, they’ll simply tell you they did everything right and that you’re the one who’s wrong. That feels ridiculous, especially when the goal should be to keep residents — who are paying to live here — satisfied and supported. Instead, the experience is the opposite. When you go in with simple, legitimate questions, you’re met with frustration, unclear explanations, and an attitude that makes you feel dismissed and even discriminated against.
