Older apartments but fairly cheap rent. New management in place in 2009. No boats or trailers allowed on site so beware. Never have had any safety issues since Ive been there. You kinda get what you pay for in these.

We live in a 2 BDR/1 BATH. Although the buildings are clearly older, they are very well kept. The staff is absolutely amazing and very welcoming. Rent is roughly between \$500-\$600 a month. (Not 100% sure about that, but we pay \$565.) We live conveniently 2 mins away from the grocery store, about 5 mins away from the mall, and less than 10 mins away from all of the main stores and restaurants.
