COMPLETE SLUM APARTMENT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The Apartments are modular buildings--essentially A GLORIFIED DOUBLE WIDE TRAILER made with cheap particle board. Apartment has NO DISH WASHER. The building was built in 1984 (40 years OLD) and it looks like it hasn't been renovated since. No light fixtures at all in the living room. I had to purchase a floor lamp for the living room. Ms. Bryant is a real property manager and does everything by the book. She doesn't have a attitude but a kind temperament and these people don't know how to handle her since she ain't a push over. I'm transferring here soon to be closer to my mom and this property is just as beautiful as the Glen Arm Manor. Come check it out for yourself! Don't listen to these people.
Quiet neighborhood. The new property manager has an attitude most of the time and maintenance takes forever to fix things. Hopefully, it's all temporary but I would find else where to live to save the headache.
I've lived at Quail Call for about 1.5 yrs now and it's a very small quiet community. Kendra, Gene, and I've even met the District Manager Hailey they are all so helpful and kind.
