Chris seemed to make us feel that it was our honor to be renting from him instead of the other way around. You can never get a hold of him because he's never in his office, doesn't answer the phone, and never gets back to you. The worst part about my experience is that I'm a college student so I only needed the apartment for 10 months when the minimum was 12 no th lease. If I had to rate this property 6/7 months ago, I would rate it 6 out of five! Seriously, guys. When Judy Hoffman was property manager, this property was not one of the best in this area, it was the BEST of Bests. Then the new property manager arrived, Chris Shoemaker. He is the most impolite person you will ever meet. He is rude, inconsiderate and will treat you with no respect. The apartments are good but the Manager, Chris is a real pain.
