We were very happy with Quags! We had our dryer hoses updated to Dryer Flex & this provides superior protection against fire hazards compared to standard flexible ducts (which we had, and unknowingly it wore over time and had holes in it). The new hoses have fire-resistant properties to protect you and your home. We also replaced the outside vent to keep critters out, and replaced our washing machine hoses to a more durable kind.
