4 stars because they are managed by atwood they are horrible to deal with never have I experienced such a bad leasing agency for reference they almost sent me to collections for my roommates fees for a lease I wasn’t apart of they don’t reply to their emails and their chain of communication is 0/5, their maintenance however was really great always came quick after a request and fixed whatever the problem was super fast. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE. They don’t even listen and remember what you say. The only thing they can remember is about your MONEY. The unit is old and the neighbors are too loud after midnight. Management doesn't care AT ALL, I have called to Quad dispatch to quiet it down several times and nothing has changed. If you have a problem, call the police to solve it. If there were 0 stars, I'd give it a 0. The worst apartment ever.
