Gym is in great shape, equipment is excellent, staff is very friendly, trainers are awesome!
At first ok. Now it is empty. I am perturbed because I am being charged fee's after the closing. ABC fitness is now charging me, and I never heard of them. I find it fradulent to be charged for a business no longer in service. I will be contacting an attorney. I have notified my bank. If anyone else are having issues with automatic payments contact #Lifelock. I have notified them of the possibility of further automatic withdrawal. I am in the process of getting the form to fill out about fradulent charges.
I have not been to them since April. Cancelled my membership and they have kept charging me on my card. I went in again and they said they would stop it. Well they haven't. Worse ever to deal with.
Yesterday was my first time here and I was blown away by the level of customer service that was provided to me by all of the staff member's and manager! Came in to redeem my 7 day pass because I have been looking into a new gym, I was automatically treated like a valued member on day 1! I'll most defiantly be switching, the gym was clean! The staff are very helpful they treat you like family and the equipment is A1. Keep up the great work guys!
These people are liars and thieves. they will say anything to get you to sign up and then continuously avoid and thwart any attempt to end the contract. I will be getting a lawyers to get my money back, they have stolen hundreds of dollars from us over the past year.
