RecommendedI have been using Quadrivium for 9 years and they have saved my files from loss on several occasions. HRI has on-premise servers that backup files to the data bank at Quadrivium. Technical support has always tried to resolve any issue as soon as possible. Many times I have had a backup to fail and support would catch the error and fix it before I contacted them.
