I had been in severe pain for four days with a bad abscess after another dentist failed to help me. Dr Humphries was exceptional from the very first moment, patient, kind, and truly listened. Emma at reception was also incredibly warm and reassuring when I called for an urgent appointment. Their care and professionalism put me out of pain and made a world of difference. Had a tooth extracted and was in incredible pain the following day, went back and the dentist ignored my concerns and didn’t believe my pain, 7 days later and still in pain! Highly recommend avoiding this dentist!
