My own general dentist of many years retired in early 2025 and I discovered too many red flags with the dental facility to which he referred me. My decision to leave them led me to Quadrant Dental and I had my first appointment with Dr. Fairbanks this morning. Awesome staff, very professional service.
I came in as a new patient with a scheduled appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early. 30 minutes after my appointment time, I was still sitting in the waiting room. Nobody bothered to say anything to me, apologize for running late or anything. I walked out, so I can't say anything about their dentistry, but keeping a patient waiting for 30 minutes without so much as a word shows how they care for their patients.
