I lived here for three years, I’ll start off by saying, it is probably one of the cheapest rents you will find in town. This being said, you get what you pay for. The room sizes are actually pretty decent however they are pretty outdated. The walls are made from uninsulated cinderblock and thin drywall. Prepare for hot humid summers and freezing cold winters. Really great friendly and supportive management and staff. Nice, comfortable, affordable apartments. Great location near the school. Didn't have a car for a semester and it was fine. I lived here for three years through school and I enjoyed it the whole time! Thanks quads!

I have stayed at this location 2x times. The 1st was not the greatest experience due to the age of the building and the 2nd time was a nice experience. The property managers were willing to take my concerns and seemed to fix the issue promptly. I strongly encourage them to FIX the parking lot. Keep the swimming pool, I like being able to swim without a lot of people like some of the other pools in town. Where else in town are you going to find this amount of space and peaceful for a decent price? Nowhere!

This place is great, management staff is helpful, maintenance staff Is wonderful, but I'm leaving two stars because of the lack of camera security. Property may be stolen or destroyed and there are so few cameras around the building there is no hope if anything bad happens to you or your belongings in the way of video recovery.
