Brucie (Bruce) was very pleasant. He made my purchase easy peasy.
We had a "dead" car. It was the kind of "dead" where no one wanted to deal with it. Quaden accepted it and analyzed it and worked with us to find the right solution for us. They were patient, understanding, VERY helpful, objective, and a great advisor for us in a situation that we really weren't expecting or used to. High marks for John in the Service department who kept us apprised of what was going on and was patient as we tried to provide information that he sought.
