I've lived here for over a year. Rent is very affordable and includes water and electric. They come fully furnished, was the desk bed and chest of drawers. The landscaping is kept very nice and the rooms are perfect for one. The one drawback is that each floor only has two restroom/shower combos (you do have have a private sink in your room) so there is that. These used to be dorms for ASU. Nobody cares about upkeep and it's full of drunks, homeless,and drug users/dealers.
