It’s unfortunate with all the great reviews. We aren’t up in arms about the situation. We arrived the night before. AFTER arriving we were told they have major “staffing issues” exact words and to come back in the morning at 0700. They had so many trucks here when we showed up it was honestly insane. At 0700 we were going to check in but decided to wait an extra couple hours just to give them time. Our appt wasn’t til 1300. We checked in at 0930 and got a door right away.
