We were looking for an electric bike. Rodell showed us several options and clearly explained the various options. Electric bikes are way more complicated to evaluate than standard bikes with lots of options, battery choices, weights, frame styles. Rodell did a great job helping us select a bike (a Urtopia Carbon 1 step through). He also helped us install a bracket to support our child carrier. We will continue to bring all of our bikes to Quad Cycles for service.
My pedal broke off the crank. Took it in right when the store opened and repaired it in 15 minutes. Greatly appreciated. I've dropped my ebike here for tuning every year and have only had a positive experience.
Had a problem with an inner tube for a tire on an escooter that i had fixed previously and failed somehow..the owner fixed it right away in a few minutes - no charge. Wow!
I don’t know where to start the staff is phenomenal at this bicycle shop my nephews motor bike tire spokes were loose and had a flat tire. They do not typically work on electric moto bikes but were nice enough to do the job and I’ll forever be grateful and will never go to another shop. They won’t a new customer for life and will recommend them to everyone!! Thanks again for the great work that you do and for the awesome staff that you employ!!!
They had terrible service and didn’t fix my bike
