They had terrible service and didn’t fix my bike
A few weeks back I bought one of Rustem’s Collection-a 1984 Pinarello Treviso. The bike is awesome and rides like a dream! Rustem was knowledgeable and friendly through the whole process. Super excited to continue riding it and definitely would recommend the shop to others interested in a new bike! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to ride such a timeless class Rustem!
I have had two bikes serviced and upgraded and both of those experiences were great. The latest one I picked up today is pictured here. I had a rear wheel that I wanted to use to replace what was on the bike. I had asked a different bike shop if they would do it and they said no, but Rustem at Quad said sure and they put a 7 speed cassette on the wheel and serviced and cleaned it all up. Originally I went to REI and was quoted over $700, and a five day turnaround for a drive train replacement on my triathlon bike. My next stop was quad cycles And to my surprise they not only had the parts in stock, but were able to install them within an hour And at a price point much lower than REI’s. My family has been coming to this shop for years and I would highly recommend it for any cycling needs.
