Great place. The people here greet you the moment you walk in the door. Rodell made quick work troubleshooting my front wheel.
SCAM ALERT!!! This guy tried to charge me 250$ for a basic tune up on a 100$ Walmart bike . All it needed was the breaks checked and some air. What a rip off . When I asked what he was gonna do to it for me to be charged 250$ and he replied “ oil it , check the breaks , check the tires “ . This place is a scam and they try to overcharge you. Don’t go here unless you want to be up charged for no reason but these pretentious people. SCAM ALERT !!!!!!
Rodell did a thorough job of getting my fit just right. Very happy with the new bike from this local bike shop.
I came to Quad Cycles with a request to raise the handlebars on my ebike and fix a loud squeaking noise. Sounds simple - but another larger shop had tried to fix the squeak (and failed) and had refused to raise the handlebars (too much effort). I was so impressed that Quad Cycles not only took the time to do what was needed (which required taking apart and rebuilding the entire bike), but also did a fantastic job and were excited about doing it and very proud of their work. I got a good deal here on a new Felt road bike. It was making a clicking sound that I couldn’t trace, I brought it in and Rüstem diagnosed and fixed it. He has a good selection of gear. A friend of mine also had a good experience here with a tune-up.
