We had them come to service our septic tank. Found out it was failing. They worked with us very quickly on a bid and ultimately hooking up to city sewer. With winter fast approaching they got us on the books and Logan was great about communicating with us as things moved forward. The whole crew was great and I would definitely recommend them.
Told them my basement was flooding and needed a drain snaked out. He said that he was too busy and hung up on me. Don’t waste your time. 👎🏼
No, no, no...never call them. Said they would call to install my kitchen faucet. Never called! I called multiple times, voicemail not set up. Never answered phone. Said he would come in the morning. It's 3pm and still nothing.Texted him no response. That sucks, just say if you can't make it. I will be posting this on other social media too. Customers beware.
