Have more flexible times to come in. Other people work during the day as well as can't leave work on busy Monday afternoons. For other times you had to see other therapist you didn't request. Not very happy with the customer service i received over the phone as well.

Rude I was a patient here and recently had to stop going because of work schedule issues. The receptionist that called me was very rude on the phone and informed me that I had 14 days to pay my bill before they took actions against my credit. She did not give me a chance to explain my financial situation with her. I had and still have every intention of paying my bill, but know that I they have been so rude to me on the phone I think I will drag this on till the last possible moment.
