How is it we bought our tickets a month and half ago. Arrive early to airport. Check in. We don't have seats. Plane is overbooked. I am so upset and do frustrated. To sit here and watch everyone else board. I am crying.
Thanks for the update... Not my plane is delayed w/o being told I had to get up and look. But yet they tell others about other delays.
The customer service has gone downhill. I can't even get a cup of ice and they point to the water fountain and say its equivalent to a cup of ice water. They were rude and didn't even bother to be nice. I'm over this airport.

We live 20 minutes from this great Airport. Do the math, it is a bargain to not have to drive, park, eat, drink and pay for a hotel, just to fly out of Chicago and save a few bucks. What we realized is we were paying MORE to do that. We love it and I'm counting the days until I get to visit her again!!
It's convenient, well maintained and the staff have all been great (even when the issue has been our fault). It is a small airport with a general lack of options to eat and things to do while you wait. Additionally there is a small fee to park.
The best airport I have ever been in! Small so, they are very personal and understanding to your needs. I had an unlimited supply of kleenex when I had to leave my husband.
US really a dream place to live..
Great regional airport and the security team here is fast and friendly.
