Bruce and Ryan were fantastic. They were great communicators, and so easy to work with, we love our new roof!
I don’t recommend. If I could do no stars I would have. Our contractor (Ryan) made nothing but excuses after excuses. He said they showed up to look around for any nails after the roofing was done. Never did. We also have cameras and I was home all day. He took it upon himself to order shingles and picked out our shingles without even asking us what we wanted. He also said he would work with our insurance agency and We had to do his work for him. Nothing but another storm chaser. BEWARE!!
Their roofing sub contractors installed the shingles incorrectly per the manufacturer specs. Rushed the job, didn't take the time to replace drip edge to save time. Damaged my gutters as they were to lazy to take off the gutters. Left stains on my front steps, sidewalk, damaged my trim, and garage doors. Building inspector won't sign off on the permit! Been over a year now and still no taken care of. Have been waiting all summer ! But just blew me off ! Paid over half up front ! Should have been a red flag ! Lied that they c... read more
I was given a referral to use Bruce for my re-roofing after the recent hail event. Everyone on his team kept me up to date and did a great job start to finish. After they left, I magnet-sweeped for nails. Didn't find any. Very satisfied!
