Tim Odey was my realtor when I sold property in Scott County Iowa. As a non-local seller, I so appreciated Tim’s experience and his attention to my questions about the process. Within 9 days of listing, Tim had a firm offer. Between then and closing he put me in touch with individuals who provided minor repair work and yard maintenance. I felt comfortable that I was working with someone who had my best interests in mind.

My Husband and I really appreciate Tim Odey,We can't praise him enough for going above and beyond! He was very thorough and had endless contacts for our family to utilize. He was so patient and kind. Always made sure we understood the process every step of the way . In so doing he landed us in a perfect for our family situation. We would recommended him to everyone.
Avoid if possible. Was unable to purchase home that was his listing. Made excuse after excuse why we couldn’t close. Gives real estate agents a bad name.
