They are amazing! I'm a little shocked at some of these reviews. My daughter has been going here for 3 years and we have never had an issue! They've always been kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I've never had a problem getting in touch with them or for medications 🤔
Never been here but have been trying for the past month to call and get in. Every time I call everyone put me on hold then send me to voicemail. Not a great first impression if I say so myself.
I expect just to get my bills from y'all, I don't expect you to forward my information to different Labs across the state. Still waiting on my son's ear medication as well, oh wait that's been almost a year now. Time and time again, failure after failure again. No better than Tennessee Valley Pediatrics.
