I came into the shop last week for a windshield replacement that was covered by the dealer (vehicle purchased ~2 weeks prior to appointment). I’ll start with the good—the staff were very friendly, the facilities clean and hospitable. Booking an appointment was straightforward. Great experience using Quackt glass. Unfortunately, something came up off the road and cracked the windshield of my new car. Not fun BUT Quackt made the process seamless. Crystal was super communicative throughout the process with the insurance company and getting scheduled. The technician, Perry, arrived within the window of time and did a great job installing the new windshield. I value companies that have their stuff together and value their customers!
Mike arrived on time and got the windshield replaced quickly. Smooth process. I appreciated that Mike took the time to answer my questions as well.
Gary was able to help me quickly with a minor concern caused by another company. I can't recommend Quackt glass enough! Fantastic company. Responsive, friendly, and they go the extra mile. Will use again if I need any more window repair!
