I was always seen promptly. Staff was courteous & kind. The only real complaint I have is that when Dr. Quach cleaned my teeth she had some type of newfangled instrument and they did not get clean at all. Other than that A ok!
The office "manager ie biller " is criminally inept. She did not understand that my sons insurance did NOT require prior authorization for services yet stuck to her story anyhow dismissing my son that was in pain for months while the biller wrongfully made him wait for a service then deny my son the service due to her ignorance in billing and dental insurances and instead laughed as my son was made to leave in pain.The situation was further explained to her that the person in charge of billing a
