Booked a couples massage, I did not enjoy the massage and my partner felt neck pain for the next several days. They gave us complimentary access to the pool and bar after paying almost $600 at their spa.
Probably time to close down. They charge top tier prices for absolute rock bottom quality. A couple months ago I had to be comped 3-day passes because of back to back days of underwhelming experiences. The manager, Eddie, placed blame on a third party, outsourced service company for the poor performance of the amenities. The HOTtub was the warmtub. The cold plunge felt like piss water. Steam room not working, jacuzzi wouldn’t get hotter than 98 degrees, cold plunge wasn’t that cold, there is no co ed space to see or spend any time with your partner, and the sauna took an hour to get to 135 and that was the highlight. Feel like I got robbed for $145. Staff was not accommodating at all and said I should’ve called and asked to make sure the steam room was working and there’s nothing she can do for us. Scheduled a massage. Therapeutic and I added on the sinus treatment. From the minute I stepped off the elevator your receptionist and the girls who took care of us as our concierges were wonderful and inviting. I felt so comfortable being there with everyone on Mother's Day. Jim my massuese gave me the bst therapeutic massage I ever had. I never felt rushed.
