I strongly dislike leaving poor reviews, but this one is necessary. I recently purchased an extremely limited Sean Taylor jersey from Mitchell & Ness. Because the sleeves were designed unusually long, I took the jersey to QT to have them shortened. Given QT’s 4.9 rating and the value of the jersey, my expectations were high. The very best staff,the best timing in returning your alterations. I've never had a problem and since day one very satisfied.
Don't trust their quotes! When I first brought my wedding dress to them, I asked for a quote for alterations including hemming, adding a corset back, and bustling the dress. I was quoted $550-600. I come back to them a few weeks later for the first round of alterations and the price is now over $700 NOT INCLUDING the bustle. They don't remember the quote they gave me and also don't include the price of the bustle in the quote. They justify the increase by noting an area around the bust to stitch up.
