This place is dirty. Nail tech not only didn't open a sterilized pack of tools, the cuticle cutter had cuticle from the previous customer. Disgusting! She wiped it with alcohol.. Will not be coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at Qtie nail salon. I got a gel manicure that lasted only two days before it completely peeled off. When I called to let them know, they offered to redo my nails for free, which I thought was fair. However, when I went back for the appointment, I was made to wait 45 minutes, only for them to tell me they would not honor their promise and that I’d have to pay again. I took my daughters to Qtie Nails for gel polish that peeled off in just two days! The salon promised over the phone to redo their nails for free, but when we arrived to the appointment they refused to honor their word. They said I needed to pay again for the same service they had already admitted was poorly done. We left with no service and two very disappointed kids.
