My claim is/was successful. Therefore, do not take this 1 star review as though I am merely unhappy because, "it didn't go my way." Dr. Robert (Bob, Bobby) Martin is/was disrespectful. He belittled my traumatic experiences. His tone was condescending. This man failed to observe the limits of what is appropriate behavior. So, after going through all the VA stuff to update my disability. I was sent to QTC for PTSD and hearing loss (tinitus). The PTSD exam was great, physician was great and I felt like he listened to me and had advice. I left feeling good in that appt. Today, however being seen for hearing loss I immediately walked out and called my wife to explain how bad the hearing exam was. The staff at the office in Oklahoma City at Shartel, are absolutely wonderful. They are very caring and helpful.
Do not trust anyone here for your veteran exam. They are liars and will do anything they can to deny your claim.
