When I went there for a physical assessment, the doctor and staff, was very friendly and polite.
Horrible C&P exam with Dr. Weeks. It was short, I kept getting cut off, I even mentioned this when I had to call in again, but after seeing the DBQs I don’t think this man should be allowed to practice medicine or ever give another medical opinion on veterans again, a 6 year old could read my records better. Not only did he make comments about my deviated septum then put on the DBQ it was normal, he said I had a successful at home sleep study which was wrong since both of those show malfunction, then he stated on the back th... read more
I recently went in for my exam. Dr. Martin was humble, empathetic and actively listened along with his assistant. He did a great job thought the interview. The overall experience was great outside of sharing my military experiences.
My claim is/was successful. Therefore, do not take this 1 star review as though I am merely unhappy because, "it didn't go my way." Dr. Robert (Bob, Bobby) Martin is/was disrespectful. He belittled my traumatic experiences. His tone was condescending. This man failed to observe the limits of what is appropriate behavior. So, after going through all the VA stuff to update my disability. I was sent to QTC for PTSD and hearing loss (tinitus). The PTSD exam was great, physician was great and I felt like he listened to me and had advice. I left feeling good in that appt. Today, however being seen for hearing loss I immediately walked out and called my wife to explain how bad the hearing exam was.
