I had a Telehealth appointment and the provider shows up 20 minutes late and immediately gets on the phone saying I didn’t show up and complained how she wasn’t able to see my DBQ but it didn’t matter because my appointment was over in 5 minutes. I was then on hold for another 20+ mins trying to get ahold of someone for another appointment….. highly unprofessional
When I went there for a physical assessment, the doctor and staff, was very friendly and polite.
Horrible C&P exam with Dr. Weeks. It was short, I kept getting cut off, I even mentioned this when I had to call in again, but after seeing the DBQs I don’t think this man should be allowed to practice medicine or ever give another medical opinion on veterans again, a 6 year old could read my records better. Not only did he make comments about my deviated septum then put on the DBQ it was normal, he said I had a successful at home sleep study which was wrong since both of those show malfunction, then he stated on the back th... read more
I recently went in for my exam. Dr. Martin was humble, empathetic and actively listened along with his assistant. He did a great job thought the interview. The overall experience was great outside of sharing my military experiences.
My claim is/was successful. Therefore, do not take this 1 star review as though I am merely unhappy because, "it didn't go my way." Dr. Robert (Bob, Bobby) Martin is/was disrespectful. He belittled my traumatic experiences. His tone was condescending. This man failed to observe the limits of what is appropriate behavior.
