I went for a C&P exam at the Coral Springs, FL Optical Shop on July 15, 2021. The staff and doctor there were professionals...no complaint there. However, I can't say the same for the company overall. It has now been 6 weeks and they still have not sent my results back to the VA. The VA has even called QTC asking about my results. Pathetic! The acronym this company uses is Bullspit. They are not quality & definitely not timely!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
