I have been to this facility twice and both times they failed to follow mandated procedures. When I called them on these failures some management person became argumentative. Otherwise it was clean and organized. Many of the staff were unfamiliar with procedures and rather clueless.
Had a C&P here recently. The VA could really learn something from this place. Really courteous, organized and professional.
