I was really looking forward to getting my nails done after not having them done in a long time, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I booked a 5:00 PM appointment for a bio gel manicure and a pedicure, but I wasn’t taken until almost 5:30. I understand things can run behind, but the manicure took so long that my pedicure didn’t even start until 10 minutes before closing. Absolute worst set of acrylic nails. I told the nail artist that I felt the nails looked claw like. They hung over like witch nails, almost like they were curled at the tip. I had asked for square nails with a French tip. They proceeded to tell me “you don’t usually get them this long”. However I had never been to the salon before. The French tip paint was absolutely horrid. Love this nail salon. Quan is such a lovely and wonderful and accommodating owner. Would highly recommend this place.
