Their website says fast communication. That is far from the truth. I left messages for a variety of things and barely received response back. Now it's time for me to consider renewing my lease or ending and I still can't get a response regarding that. I think in the almost 2 years I've been here, I maybe have gotten someone on the phone once. All of their calls go to voicemail immediately. Their text messages go unread. My emails are never responded to.
Horrible customer service!!! Run before you even think about it
Time wasters. Super unprofessional. I had a noon appointment with a "team member" that they confirmed at 9 AM the same day. I communicated my precise ETA and showed up at the property's address. Nobody was there. I called their office, texted the leasing contact who was messaging me prior, and waited for about half an hour....nobody showed up and I have been officially ghosted. Good luck even viewing a property but if you do rent from them, expect this behavior to translate to your other general renting issues / experiences.
The area of which the apartment is located is nice. The apartments are nicely set up. The process of moving in was ok. Qt property management staff is very rude and unprofessional. When I moved in the floor was lifting and they said they couldn’t fix this until I move. The laundry room has 2 washers and two dryers for 24 apartment. The washer situation is one or none.
