DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! Worst management ever. I moved here when the property was under Skyline Property Management. Unfortunately, they were bought out by the useless QT Management, and everything went downhill. The apartment smells like dog piss, trash is everywhere, and the doors stay unlocked. By far thee worst property management company I’ve ever came across. They do NOTHING for their tenants. Windows are covered with mold, floors are broken & I could go on & on & on. All they care about is getting their rent money & nothing else. The property I live at used to be great until QT came along. Sad.
Whatever you do, do not rent here. I moved into the Brooklyn Blvd Apartments circa October 2024 while it was being managed by another realty company. During the middle of my partners and I lease, they had sold the building to QT Realty and the quality of the apartments and care for its tenants went down hill QUICKLY. incredible lack of communication. been living here for 6 months, and the water has been shut on 5 TIMES. They do not uphold their end of the housing contract. couldnt be more disappointed. TERRIBLE WATER QUALITY- ALL APPLIANCES ARE FROM THE SCRATCH AND DENT STORE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
You are lucky if you get your phone call answered. Don't expect a phone call in return if you request one via voicemail, or even if you have spoken with someone and request a call back. Management is NEAR impossible to get a hold of. In my first 5 months here the water has been shut off 5 times because of an "emergency", the longest period being OVERNIGHT.
