I went in as a walk-in, but I was told that it is by appointment only. Not a big deal, I said ok I will have to check my calendar and call back to make an appointment. I wish that it didn’t say walk ins welcome online. They were nice to me. I wanted to try this place out. But, I started reading reviews online. We called in for an appointment and were told to come in at 2:30 and when we got in the nail tech was still working on someone and so we waiting which was no big deal. She kept saying she was almost done and we waited for one hour so we decided to leave because that is obnoxious to wait 1 hour for an appointment. It would be understandable if it was a walk in but not an appointment. We will not be going back.

Very best service and prices!! Been going there for over 10 years and I have NEVER been unhappy! Andy is phenomenal and Ms. Helen does an amazing pedicure!!!! Highly recommend!!!
