Cuticles not cleaned properly. Nail polish was messy had to have it removed.

The salon was clean and they did a thorough job with the pedicure—my feet felt well taken care of. However, the nail design was disappointing. It didn’t match what I asked for, and the shaping and details looked uneven. It seems like they’re better at basic services than more detailed or custom designs. I’d come back for a simple pedicure, but not for nail art.
You can never schedule a legit time that they stick to. I have been coming here for years to get waxing done and they always say “come at the time don’t come now” and when I arrive I am still waiting 30-45 minutes. Untrustworthy and unreliable. Will be finding a new spot to go to .
Overpriced for low quality service.
