I went in the first time about 3 weeks ago for a refill gel set after having a regular scheduled appointment with my old nail tech only to show up to find out he had quit 2 days prior. Needless to say I was upset so I googled nail spas & saw this one had good reviews & was close to my house. They blew me away with the cleanliness, awesome customer service, & overall knowledgeable of nail art & design. Going back tomorrow for my refill as this has become my new nail heaven
My daughter went in there on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 to get a full set, polish change on her toes and her eyebrows and lip waxing for prom and they did a wonderful job on everything but her toes. She wanted to call me but the nail tech was being rude. She asked them to change her polish on all of her toes and they just added a different color white to the chipped part on top of he old white polish which made the colors on her toes 2 different colors and charged you 5.00 for that ridiculous paint job.
