i’ve been going to QT for over a year on and off to get my nails done and i’ve been treated so well each time, but this past experience i had was a little disappointing. i’m usually big on trusting the process when it comes to my nails, but my nails came out nothing like my inspo pic, and i found broken skin on the underside of my nail. i love QT and it will always be my go-to place but this past experience did not live up to my expectations
