BEWARE🚨🚨🚨 IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!! 😤 This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Let me break it down so you know exactly what happened at QT Nails. NO PRICE TRANSPARENCY 🚫💵 I came in with a friend just for two basic pedicures. We expected to pay around $62 total (plus tax). Simple, right? WRONG. First and last time. They used nail files that were caked in other customers' nail dust. They had to redo the pedicure because they were using old nail polish that was too thick and wouldn't spread evenly. They had to use three coats on my hands and they still look streaky and uneven. They didn't soak my cuticles before trying to push back or use any cuticle oil or softener. The water bowl was cold. The nail table was covered in dust and stains. They didn't use a towel so I had to put my hands on the table, which felt gross.
Kathy always provides excellent service. The establishment is clean, and everyone is kind and welcoming. I've had wonderful experiences getting manicures and pedicures. Kathy offers many great options if you're unsure what to choose. She is very creative and talented.
I went here couple times thought it was a good place. THEN the last time I went the nail tech had the audacity to say “next time I don’t let you control me about the shape” … when I tell you it took everything in me not to curse her out! Because what in the heck I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE AND I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SAY HOW I WANT THEM SO THAT I WALK OUT SATISFIED!
