I’ve been going to QT Nails for over two years, and my experience has consistently been positive. The team is professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. Services are performed thoroughly, and appointments are handled efficiently without feeling rushed. The salon is generally clean and well maintained, though the restroom could use more consistent attention and upkeep. Overall, the quality of service and reliability keep me coming back. After two years, I can confidently recommend this location.

BEWARE🚨🚨🚨 IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!! 😤 This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Let me break it down so you know exactly what happened at QT Nails. NO PRICE TRANSPARENCY 🚫💵 I came in with a friend just for two basic pedicures. We expected to pay around $62 total (plus tax). Simple, right? WRONG. There was absolutely NO transparency about pricing — none. No explanation of what was included in the “basic pedicure” versus what would be an add-on. First and last time. They used nail files that were caked in other customers' nail dust. They had to redo the pedicure because they were using old nail polish that was too thick and wouldn't spread evenly. They had to use three coats on my hands and they still look streaky and uneven. They didn't soak my cuticles before trying to push back or use any cuticle oil or softener. The water bowl was cold. The nail table was covered in dust and stains. They didn't use a towel so I had to put my hands on the table, which felt gross.

Kathy always provides excellent service. The establishment is clean, and everyone is kind and welcoming. I've had wonderful experiences getting manicures and pedicures. Kathy offers many great options if you're unsure what to choose. She is very creative and talented.
